Incident and/or accident reports may be requested from the Municipal Court Clerk.  The request form is located here.  Requests may be mailed, emailed, faxed or submitted in person to the following:

The fee for incident and/or accident reports is established by Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 550, Section 550.065(d).
